Grape varieties: 100% GARNACHA

Alcohol content: 13,5%

Ageing: 6 months in French and American oak casks.

Vinification: A red wine with medium aging made with Garnacha, a grape variety that produces red wines delicately redolent of raspberries, blackberries and bay leaves. Traditional vinification in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 28ºC. Long-lasting maceration of the must until the optimal colour was obtained.


Sight: Bright, medium-depth cherry red

Nose: Very clean to the nose, with noteworthy primary aromas of ripe red berries. Intense aromas of ripe red berries. Intense aromas from the wood, with spicy and balsamic notes.

Mouth: Elegant and delicate in the mouth. Primary aromas fill the aftertaste with fruity sensations.

The perfect companion to haute cuisine and Iberian cured ham.
The ideal serving temperature is 16ºC.
